Brighton Project aka Alex Coviello, born and raised in New Jersey has only been producing under this alias for a short period of time but his sound has gained notice by Dj's and house music fans alike. Producing a sound that's been described as "Mature Progressive" BP infuses house, techno, tribal and trance for a sound that is uniquely his own. Alex, being a Dj since before the advent of techno, realized he wanted more and decided to focus his energy on music production. Combining his love of music and his own musical experiences, he has created an intense, eclectic sound. "Hard On", signed by En-Soul Records was featured on Steve Lawler's "Lights Out" compilation and he has also licensed it along with "Satisfied" to his own label, Harlem Records. Expect to hear more from Brighton Project in the future as his music is being welcomed onto dance floors all over the world.
ASTOR Meet astor. Dedicated toward the evolution of house music. Headlined by BeatMaster/DJ alex coviello and Artist/Musician bruno coviello jr., astor combines the force of modern dance rhythm with vintage house style. Pooling from their influences of late 70s disco, 80s new wave, and early 90s house, their first release from I! Records, displays their flair for versatility, their eclectic tastes of music, and most of all their style and panache. Emerging from the new wave culture of the 80s, alex coviello began spinning at an early age, soaking in the rhythms of early dance music. Only after joining the forces of astor, would mr. alex coviello be able to put his vast knowledge of the house music scene to the test. Before he could begin, though, he needed a fresh mind to translate the astor vision. Enter his brother. Having immersed himself in music all his life, he sought a vehicle for his creativity. Drawn to the pulsing rhythms of a still burgeoning dance scene, he joined alex to make the astor vision possible. Along with various rotating artists and musicians, they seek to leave their impression on the dancefloors of the world.
